Set during the third & fourth chapters of Come On, Harleen, Sup, Bane? follows Ben Fong, a young, Asian-American shopkeeper in Gotham City. As he still keeps his mask on following COVID, Fong stays out of the politics & chaos stemming from The Joker being murdered by Batman. Though Fong typically runs a smooth operation at his family store, his normal routine is soon thrown off by the unnerving presence of one customer - Harley Quinn.
